Patent Agent Examination 2013

Dear Aspirant
  
  Indian Patent Agent Examination 2011 was not conducted by the Patent Office of India due to 2 petitions filed by patent agent aspirants in the Delhi High Court to reduce the weightage of viva voce marks from the present required percentage of at least 50%.
  
  The first petition was filed in Febuary 2012 and the second just after that. The Hon'ble Court and the Judges have directed the Union of India to amend the rules within three months which are over now.
  
  So we are assuming that the Indian Patent Agent Examiantion will conducted anytime soon now. The notification is not out yet but once the exam dates are notified, there will be very less time to prepare for the examinaiton.
  
  All aspirents for Indian Patent Agent Examiantion this year are therefore suggested to start their preparation right away.
