Supreme Court Takes Case on Liability for Generic Drugs

WASHINGTON—The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear a pharmaceutical company's appeal in a case that could further limit the ability of consumers to bring product-liability lawsuits alleging they were harmed by generic drugs.
