Jubilant Life Q2 net profit rises 91% to Rs 152 cr

Jubilant Life Sciences  ' consolidated net profit rose by 91 percent to Rs 152 crore in the quarter ended September 2012 from Rs 79.4 crore in a year ago period.

Consolidated net sales increased 16 percent to Rs 1,219.7 crore from Rs 1,050.5 crore during the same period.

The stock rose 1.4 percent to close at Rs 227.40 on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
