With respect to the problems faced by the Indian pharma Graduates for several things including the lack of the opportunities to lack of the sufficient salaries for our educational qualifications.
I have compiled several of the articles for the public references, the pharmatutor website has many people who are paid for writing "positive" picture for the pharma colleges and the CR institutes. I hence will try to provide the information to the common public regarding the pharma industry.
There are no opportunities for the Indian Pharma Graduates, the opportunities are there but they are filled by the cheaper alternatives like the BSc and Msc or even Commerce graduates.Even the Drug inspectors are Bsc Graduates. And once you have no experience you have no jobs, once you have experience, you may have some opportunities.
The only way to have the good opportunities for the Pharma industry is to employ only Bpharm graduates in the industry and not to except any other graduate in the same. Once such thing is done, It will enhance the quality of the products, and better prospects for the pharmacy field.
Has any one googled the defination of the Pharmacist? Try it
It states
"
phar·ma·cist/ˈfärməsist/
Noun: |
|
"
underline the word prepare, The drugs are prepared by only pharmacist, but the companies have one to two pharmacists for the entire plants, the other people who are working in the same are in the violation of the general defination for the preparation of the drugs. but the government does not works or understands for the same. The term pharmacist is not defined in the Official Gazette of India. Strange but True.
When the government bodies have not defined such an important thing then what do you think is the scope for the pharma jobs for an indian graduate. there will be no job for an pharma graduate.
Now for the government jobs, there are several problems including those stating for reservation and inclusion for the D pharma graduate, and that too 9.5k max for next 5 years. What is the point, even a sweeper gets more salary, let us leave the comparing with the IT sector or the Call center.
