     Sign in to your Blogger account.

     Locate the blog with the post titles that you want to change to bold in the list of blogs on your Blogger Dashboard page.

     Click the "Design" link in the menu options under the blog's title.

     Click the blue "Template Designer" link in the Design menu at the top of the page. Select "Advanced" in the menu on the left side of the page. Scroll to "Post Title" in the context menu.

     Click and select "Post Title." Click the "B" icon button in the "Font" section to select and enable this option. Click the "Apply to Blog" button in the top right corner of the page. This changes your Blogger blog's post titles to bold.
