Dating Scammers – Hi people, we all know that internet dating services allows you to make your choice from a vast range of eligible men and women. Your physical qualities, flaws or even your income does not matter because out there is someone who will like you and think you are attractive.

However, as Internet dating has grown in popularity, dating scammers have taken advantage of its enormous variety to hunt down their victims. So just like there are attributes which attracts someone to a person or a particular category of people, these dating scammers approach people based on some hypothesis too.

Location:  People residing in the urban areas of most developed countries are more often than not more enlighten on issues relating to internet dating scam to persons residing in the countryside. Dating scammers know this! They also know that people staying in the metropolitan areas won’t really care to be meeting a stranger half way around the world on instant messenger when there are lots of likely dates to meet one on one. scammers know that countryside fellas may like the idea of meeting new friends via the internet as everyone knows everyone in the countryside.

Nationality:  Most people are swindled out of their money because they are of the frame of mind that their supposed online prince charming will eventually immigrate them into his country and possibly marry them so they can get a green card. These dating scammers now pose as United States of America citizens and other developed countries. They contact Africans, Asians and others. So because a victim is hoping for a better life in a desired country, he or she does the bidding of the scammer.

Divorced:  Dating scammers also go after divorced people, especially ladies. They perceive such people will be embittered, lonely and with good settlement (in the case of ladies). So these frauds create a shoulder to cry while they devise a way to con you out of your money.

Handicapped: For those that are handicapped physically or emotionally, society has a way of relegating them to the background.  Therefore most of them lead a lonely life. But with the coming of the internet, they too often find soul mates that like them the way they are. Dating scammers poses as these compassionate lovers just to exploit them.

True love can be found on the internet but these fraudsters are everywhere! They work their way into your heart then pull the rug right under your feet. Be careful! Be warned!
