Why should we pay the tax to Indian government, if we won't get benefit of it?

If cops or public get hold of a criminal they been beaten up in Bizarre and subjected to sever punishment but what about the politician, beurocrats and public servants involved in scamps and scandals. They enjoy the life at fullest by steeling our money rather we bow our heads and cops provides them security. Do you think that we have to pay our tax to government so that the above mentioned enjoy the luxuries with our hard earned money and subject us to injustice.
